The Overworked, Undervalued Woman

Transforming in a society of survival into the audacity to thrive

To all of the women who are fighting to prove your worth, value, and necessity for respect: this is your space.

In a world of survival, we have conditioned ourselves to focus on things that keep us afloat, calling it "success", while foregoing the things that allow us to our best selves and in our greatest purpose. That shifts today.

Join me, Dr. April Bee, a Certified Wellness Coach, as we unpack together on how to move away from survival mode, to thriving in all aspects of your life. We will explore practical solutions on how to manage the next steps of your life in a way that feels less heavy and more freeing.

You deserve this.

Sessions

Session 1

Internal Work

In this module, participants will unpack their patterns, narratives, and thoughts that impact personal and professional success. We will challenge the ideas of success and how it aligns with their emotional and mental patterns as well as overall well-being. Additionally, we will utilize activities to explore true aligned purpose and how to structure life that brings ease.

Session 2

Cultivating, Developing, and Maximizing Peer-to-Peer Interactions

In this module, participants will evaluate how their internal emotional health impacts how they interact with others to reach the greatest level of success. The end goal is to demonstrate to participants how vital community, village, peers, coworkers, and colleagues are to determining your success and well-being. We will explore some common prototypes of overworking and undervaluing yourself, and others, within relationships.

Session 3

Leadership Development

In this module, participants will utilize the teaching from both the internal work and peer-to-peer interactions to cultivate strategies to effectively lead others while maintaining internal wellness and aligned purpose. The goal is to lead in wellness and authenticity.
